Avatar has touched peoples mind and imagination. The special effects in movie are master piece and have passed all previous visual art work by miles. Is this movie with the message related to current American troop deployment? The mix of special effects in movie right from start to end is flawless. Catching emotion of avatars through special effect was outstanding. If you look at story not much is there probably in past we have seen such sci-fi movies. The credit goes to director for putting movie in right perspective.

Disney UP movie starts with great visual storey but rolls slowly into stage setting. In the beginning movie is slow as the setting shows early 19th centaury. With adventure being part of movie script keeps viewers glued for next sequence. Although movie could have been more better had more adventure part given to kid. A little drop in seriousness would have made this movie more enjoyable.

The recent investment by Indian tycoon Anil Ambani to the tune of 825 millions in Hollywood production under the leadership of Mr. Steven Spielberg is a milestone in bringing two media world together. Bollywood meets Hollywood in essence “East meets West”.
Movies will be produced under the banner of DreamWorks and initial line up will be for 6 movies a year. This may be a new era in both media world to bring artist from two different worlds to one platform. Mr. Steven Spielberg will visit India to explore what areas can be interesting for Hollywood producers and directors.
When Netflix arrived in entertainment world with its entry as online DVD renter, many pundits thought about it as a tech buzz which will not last long. The brick and motor companies like Blockbusters simply ignored the Netflix entry and never thought it as real competition to their business.
With dot com boom Netflix made bigger grounds it took Blockbuster next 5 years to realize and bring its own online DVD renting company. The damage was already done Netflix was way ahead of Blockbuster in online user subscriptions.
The biggest boon for DVD viewers was drop in late fees from Blockbusters. The Netflix made it clear right from start you can order movies and then return DVD’s in pre-paid envelope. That cuts the visit to Blockbuster and no fear of being penalized for late fees.
Although many major players came and went out of this online DVD business. One of the striking examples is Wal-Mart. After much media coverage Wal-Mart ended up rolling its plan for online DVD business in less then one year.
The ability to drop DVD’s form any location is unique feature of Netflix. This coupled with great pricing factor and good collection of classic and new releases made it number one choice of online DVD renters.
